CAPE following its mission and visions has been continuously working to improve trades of their associates in regards with WTO definitions of services market in different modes, below we describe some goals reached:

- Last June 20 to 23, CAPE participated at the EXPOSERVICES, and the III WORLD SERVICES CONGRESS at Bogotá. There, foreign personalities representing world organisms like World Trade Organization WTO, Inter-American Development Bank IBD, United Nations Transitional Authority UNTAC, INTERNATIONAL CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE., United States Trade representative USTR , Organization of American States OAS as well as other representatives of European, Asian, Central and South American trade organizations they showed worldwide promotion policies of trade commerce and strategic alliances and commerce of professional services.
During the last two days of the congress CAPE representatives and supporting logistics personnel were able to delivery at least 300 institutional flyers and contact some of the personalities, we still reviewing personal business cards and promotional institutional received for future contacts.

In June 28 th , CAPE was part of the International Business match round organized by the Chamber of commerce of Bogotá where Mr. Carlos Martinez PE, Mr. Rodrigo Vargas and Mr. Miguel Pineda presented our association to different national and international entities, we been able to contact H.R Engitec, HG Construction Concepts, the Hispanic Contractors Association of Georgia and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Georgia all of them showed surprise about our organization and after our presentation thy demonstrate interest in future contact and help to CAPE members
The propose of the participations was to be recognize nationally and internationally in order to be located as a professional engineers provider with the highest capabilities and qualifications and to let others know that we can supply very skilled engineering services Made in Colombia certified by United States Professional Engineering Licensees .

We pleasant to announce our new PE in our association Rodrigo Vargas just approved his Civil Engineering PE exam , CAPE now counts with 5 PE engineers all of them have been prepared their exam in Colombia. They are Mr. Gustavo Buitrago PE, Mr. Elber Hernandez PE ; Mr. Carlos Martinez PE ; Mr. Gustavo Reyes PE and Mr. Rodrigo Vargas PE.

We also now count with two Consulting engineering services offices at Bogotá; Engineering Support International and Milton Cubas PE both of them have specialist designers and CAD drafters to provide outsourcing quality services for clients in the Unites States to develop projects according their local, state and federal codes needs
